Tell us the stage of the project, the drawings you have and the programme dates that matter. A short call is usually enough.

Technical review
We review the drawings for services, dimensions and buildability, and list questions and suggestions before anything is priced.

Proposal and samples
A written proposal with scope and schedule, and physical samples of quartz, porcelain, timber, metal and glass for you and your client.

Detailed design and sign-off
Joinery drawings, schedules of finishes and service points, issued for your approval. Production starts only after sign-off.

Lead times depend on scope and on what is specified, so we do not quote a standard figure. What we do is manage them openly.

We name the long items early
Worktop surfaces, appliances and special finishes are usually the items that set the programme. We list them in the proposal.

We ask for dates in writing
Order deadlines are confirmed in writing against your programme, so nothing waits on an unanswered question.

We order the long items first
Cabinetry can be made while worktops and appliances are on their way, and the sequence is planned so that each trade arrives when it is needed.

We tell you early if something moves
If a date is at risk, you hear about it when we know, with the options and their effect on the programme.

Evet. Çizimleriniz hangi aşamada olursa olsun bize gönderin. Onları tesisat, ölçü ve uygulanabilirlik açısından inceleriz. Neyi neden değiştirmek istediğimizi açıklar, ardından onayınıza ayrıntılı imalat çizimleri sunarız.
Hangi çizimleri hazırlıyorsunuz?

Teslim sürelerini nasıl yönetiyorsunuz?
Teslim süresi uzun kalemleri teklif aşamasında belirleriz. Bunlar genellikle tezgâh yüzeyleri, cihazlar ve özel yüzeylerdir. Proje takviminizi erkenden ister, sipariş tarihlerini yazılı olarak teyit eder ve önce uzun süreli kalemleri takip ederiz. Gerçek teslim süreleri kapsama ve şartnameye bağlıdır.
Onaydan sonra tasarım değişirse ne olur?
Değişiklik üretim başlamadan önce kolaydır, sonra zorlaşır. Her değişikliği takvime ve maliyete etkisiyle birlikte yazılı olarak kaydeder, uygulamadan önce onayınızı alırız.
Aynı üniteyi birçok odada tekrarlayabilir misiniz?
Evet. Oteller, rezidanslar ve konut projeleri için önce tam ölçekli bir prototip üretir, onayınıza sunarız. Seriyi bu prototipe göre üretiriz, böylece her oda birbirinin aynısı olur.
Şantiyede yüklenicimizle nasıl çalışıyorsunuz?
Montajdan önce yüklenicinizle erişimi, iş sırasını ve sorumlulukları kararlaştırırız. Dolapları, tezgâhları ve donanımı kendi montaj ekibimiz kurar. Bina tesisatına bağlantıları ise yerel kuralların istediği yetkili ustalar yapar.
Profesyonel projelerde ödemeler nasıl yapılır?
Ödeme koşullarını iş başlamadan önce yazılı olarak kararlaştırırız. Büyük projelerde ödemeler genellikle tasarım onayı, üretim ve montaj gibi aşamalara bölünür. Takvim işin kapsamına bağlıdır ve teklifte açıkça yer alır.
